One person he hated physically, but it seemed that deep inside he had really cared for her. Ruby. As he gets a clue on where she is he finds out that where he was...there was no Ruby, or so he thought. He went back to his hotel room as he had a nightmare when he was in hell and then quickly awoke seeing Castiel by the bed. Dean and him talk and then Castiel shows Dean what could have happened with him and Ruby if they were still together. Dean was knocked out as he saw that Ruby and himself were together and then Dean awakes again. He wonders if that would have ever happened, but he still believed that she was dead.
