I walked up to the boom box and jammed in one of my favorite CDs: Playing the Angel by Depeche Mode. As the song Lillian came on, I thought of the reason why I came up here: Calliope. Ah, Calliope The most beautiful girl I have ever laid eyes on. Something about her smile just made my stomach flop. Were best friends and have been since we were 3, and Ive always had a crush on her, and I just never had the guts to tell her. Shes always so happy, and almost nothing can bring her down, except for days when shes just being paranoid Thats when you need to hide. She will just explode on you, like shes been holding in anger for who knows how long. I smiled at the thought of her.
